Legal basis: your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
We do not use this data to send unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
Who processes data on our behalf
- Form delivery — Web3Forms. Receives the contact form content and forwards it to our inbox. See their own privacy policy.
- Email — Proton. Stores the messages received.
- Web hosting. Our hosting provider may record IP addresses in server logs for security and operational reasons.
- Google Fonts: typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to Google when you open the site. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be self-hosted.
How long we keep the data
We keep contact messages for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. If the contact leads to a contractual relationship, the applicable statutory commercial and tax retention periods apply.
Cookies
This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated and prior consent will be requested.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to digitalrocketsbusiness@proton.me. We will respond within the legally required period.
DigitalRockets LLC has no establishment in the European Union. If you are resident in the EU or the European Economic Area and believe the processing does not comply with applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your own country of residence.
International transfers
The data controller is established in the United States, so the data you send through the form is processed outside the European Economic Area. The providers listed above may also be established in the United States or other third countries.
Where European data protection law applies and data is transferred from the European Economic Area to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection recognised by the applicable legislation, DigitalRockets LLC may rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for such transfers, including adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, supplementary measures where necessary, and other legally recognised mechanisms. Transfers made through external providers may depend on the international infrastructure used by those providers.
