Few layers between the problem and whoever solves it.
At many agencies the client talks to a salesperson, the salesperson to a project manager, and the project manager to whoever writes the code. Every layer adds a translation, and every translation loses something.
Here you talk directly to the people designing and building your project. Decisions get made sooner, problems surface while they are still cheap to fix, and nobody promises something that turns out to be unbuildable.
We take on a small number of projects at a time. That is deliberate: we would rather do a few things properly than stretch across many.
02OUR PRINCIPLES
01
Problem first
The tool matters less than the need it solves. We start by understanding the business, not by picking the stack.
02
Design that simplifies
Good technology needs no explanation. If a screen requires a manual, the screen is wrong.
03
Built to evolve
Solid, modular foundations. What we deliver has to be able to grow without being rebuilt the following year.
04
No forced dependency
Once the project is complete, the code, domains, servers and documentation are in your name. We stay because you want us to, not because you can't leave.
05
Saying no
If we think you don't need what you're asking for, we say so. A project that shouldn't exist is expensive for both of us.
